Job Overview

As a Senior Project Manager you will oversee and manage complex product development and research projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating crossfunctional teams ensuring project milestones are met and delivering innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:

  • Lead and manage product development and research projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.

• Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering research and operations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Technical Oversight:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Ensure projects adhere to technical standards and best practices.
  • Review and approve technical documentation and deliverables.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Communicate project status risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective project delivery and management.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in project management and product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on product development and research.
• Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
