- Develop and expand business opportunities by marketing and selling the companys products such as switchgears transformers control and relay panels and other power engineering and control & automation products and services to the domestic utility market (TNB/SEB/SESB/Contractors).
- Conduct market research to identify gaps and gather information on competitors.
- Participate in technical training exams product presentations and demonstrations to achieve the required competency level set by the company.
- Identify and manage customer requirements providing both presales technical assistance and postsales support.
- Understand and adhere to the "Sales Process Flow" and EBS processes.
- Prepare and compile necessary documents to comply with ISO standards and participate in both internal and external audits.
- Create competitive technocommercial proposals for tenders and inquiries coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to obtain quotations capacities costings drawings and other necessary documents for tender submission.
- Negotiate special sales and contract terms before closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers potential clients and internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize profits for the company.
- Prepare weekly sales reports monthly sales forecasts prospect lists and annual MTP.
- Attend meetings trainings and site visits as assigned by supervisors.
- Carry out tasks and duties as instructed complying with quality environmental and safety rules regulations and codes of practice
- Report any accidents nearmisses dangerous occurrences or conditions to management and suggest improvements.

Requirements
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. A degree in Business or Sales may be acceptable with sufficient technical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 58 years of experience in sales or business development particularly in the switchgear or electrical engineering industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of switchgears transformers control panels relays and other electrical products.
- Certifications: ISO compliance knowledge and relevant technical certifications in electrical engineering or sales can be advantageous.
