    To facilitate further growth we are actively engaged in planning and developing new services and content such as our electronic comic service the creatorfocused platform the paper book publishing label and the VTuber production.

Roles and Responsibility

    This is a position to lead projects such as service improvements and campaign strategies.

    • 2D comprehensive download sales site
    • Creator support platform
    • Creator matching service

    Specific Job Responsibilities Primarily you will handle minor service improvements gradually increasing the complexity and number of projects. Eventually you will oversee highcomplexity improvements new developments and more.

    Service Improvement Define improvement requirements for service enhancements create specifications (wireframes are typically created by designers). Coordinate with designers and engineers manage project progress towards release. You may also handle simple postrelease reviews depending on the service.

    LP Production Create special LPs tailored to campaigns and other initiatives. Manage the finalization of LP specifications and oversee progress towards release.

    Campaign Execution Lead campaigns to encourage customer purchases and acquire new users. Manage specification creation and progress towards release.

    New Development For major feature additions or new services strengthen project management with milestone setting Gantt chart management and progress review meetings beyond standard project tasks.

Minimum Requirements

    Experience in Web direction or App direction (1 year or more):

    • Specification creation
    • Wireframe creation
    • Progress management
    • PDCA (PlanDoCheckAct)

Preferred Requirements

    • Proactive communication skills to lead others effectively.
    • Directing inhouse service development.
    • Experience in defining requirements for web services and apps.
    • Experience in various development tasks such as internal system development.

Conditions / Benefits

Location: Tokyo

  • Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.
  • There will be no relocation.

Annual Salary:JPY

  • Based on experience ability and previous work experience
    • Pay raise opportunity once a year (April)
    • Bonuses twice a year (June December)
      • Standard 1 month/time (varies depending on length of employment and evaluation)

Hours: 10:00 18:00 (1 hour break included)
