  At our company which boasts the largest ad platform division in the country the mission of the SSP Product Management Engineering Manager is to lead the structural reform of new products and refresh the development environment strategically expanding the business from a technical perspective.

  In this position you will serve as the cornerstone of the development organization maximizing the output of the development group and managing the organization.

  Responsibilities

  General duties related to product development and execution from an engineering perspective

  • Propose solutions and implement them to address issues
  • Design system architecture optimized for QCD
  • Establish productivity enhancement mechanisms such as development rules agile practices and CI/CD design
  • Technically lead new ventures through prototype development
  • Foster technical growth of team members through coding and code reviews

  • Develop a product that handles a high volume of traffic and rapid processing with 900 billion impressions per month 3 billion impressions daily managing ad displays within 100 milliseconds each
