I m the direct recruiter for Business Development Manager with a full remote agency focused on digital marketing & technology development helping brands expand into and out of the Japan market.

Conduct market research leverage networking opportunities/thought leadership marketing to connect with businesses
Create compelling proposals; pitch during client meetings
Close deals with a smooth handover to client managers for delivery
Review/refine services ensuring tangible value to clients
Stay abreast of industry trends/technologies ensuring offerings remain competitive/relevant
Optimize sales processes: eliminate inefficiencies/enhance productivity
Identify/explore new sales channels/opportunities ensuring adaptive/forwardthinking strategies
Update sales decks/documentation/tools reflecting latest market trends/internal capabilities
REQUIREMENTS
24 years remote Business Development Manager experience to include:
English native Japanese is a plus
Agency service offerings: digital advertising social media marketing media PR
Entertainment (music events) F&B technology industries a plus
Ability to work independently in a small team taking initiative in driving sales
Communication tools: Slack clickup trello asana etc
Google suite: drive docs sheets etc
