Join Our Client's Dynamic Banking Team as a Loan Operations Specialist!

Location: Lehighton PA

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: $18.00 $25.00 per hour

About Us:

Our reputable banking client is looking for a skilled Mortgage Closer. If you're passionate about the financial industry and excel in a fastpaced environment we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with FNMA TILA and other regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with loan officers underwriters and title companies to resolve any outstanding issues
• Prepare closing documents and coordinate signings with borrowers
• Calculate final closing figures including fees escrow amounts and prorations
• Ensure all closing conditions are met prior to funding
• Maintain communication with all parties involved in the closing process

Requirements:

• Proficiency in basic math and 10key typing
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and loan origination processes
• Familiarity with FNMA guidelines and TILA regulations
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Closer or in loan processing is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

• Office environment with various types of office equipment.
• Requires digital dexterity light to moderate lifting and effective communication.
• Extended hours may be required.

• Lending: 1 year (Required)

Location Requirements:

• Must be able to commute to Lehighton PA.
• Must be willing to relocate to Carbon County PA before starting work.
