What you will be doing:

• Manage the entire real estate closing process including compliance with lender instructions.
• Balance closing instructions and communicate with the lender title requirements company requirements and other written instructions.
• Balance schedule and compile closing doents with lender and title packages.
• Understand how your team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives.
• Impact the quality timeliness and effectiveness of the team through your own work.
• Recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently.
• Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures.
• Communicate and explain complex information including interdependencies within the team and others.
• Work under limited supervision and exercise time management to meet the goals and tasks igned from the lender in a timely manner.
• Act as a resource for less experienced team members without supervisory responsibilities.

Experience you will need:

• High School diploma Bachelors preferred.
• Knowledge of title and mortgage doents.
• Demonstrated Customer service ss.
