Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Drawings: Expertise in sheet metal design and drawings is essential.
- Material Handling: Experience primarily with stainless steel, as well as carbon steel and aluminum.
- CNC Operations: Proficiency with Cypcut and TubesT software for our CNC machine, which includes an integrated tube cutter.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to set the correct nozzle, focus position, laser power, cut height, pierce options, and defilm for optimal CNC performance.
- Further Processing: Competence with press brake bending machines using Delem DA69-T software, considering factors such as material type, length, offsets, and bend angles.
- Organization Management: Efficient management and organization of files and drawings, with meticulous attention to filing and documentation processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CAD and CAM, particularly with Fusion 360.
- Strong background in sheet metal design and manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines and relevant software.
- Ability to work with various metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, ensuring accurate and efficient filing of drawings and related documentation.
