CAD and CAM Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Drawings: Expertise in sheet metal design and drawings is essential.
• Material Handling: Experience primarily with stainless steel, as well as carbon steel and aluminum.
• CNC Operations: Proficiency with Cypcut and TubesT software for our CNC machine, which includes an integrated tube cutter.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to set the correct nozzle, focus position, laser power, cut height, pierce options, and defilm for optimal CNC performance.
• Further Processing: Competence with press brake bending machines using Delem DA69-T software, considering factors such as material type, length, offsets, and bend angles.
• Organization Management: Efficient management and organization of files and drawings, with meticulous attention to filing and documentation processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in CAD and CAM, particularly with Fusion 360.
• Strong background in sheet metal design and manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines and relevant software.
• Ability to work with various metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, ensuring accurate and efficient filing of drawings and related documentation.
