Job Description:
The Extracurricular Activities Coordinator at Batterjee medical college in Jeddah is responsible for planning organizing and overseeing extracurricular programs that enhance student life. This role aims to foster a vibrant campus community through diverse activities and events that complement academic experience.
Plan and coordinate extracurricular activities including student clubs sports arts and cultural events.
Develop programs that encourage student participation and engagement.
Support student organizations and provide guidance on event planning and management.
Coordinate logistics for events including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
Promote extracurricular activities through various communication channels including social media and campus email.
Evaluate the effectiveness of extracurricular programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with faculty staff and external partners to enhance program offerings.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
Provide mentorship and support to student leaders.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in education recreation management or a related field.
Experience in organizing and managing events and activities student affairs preferably in a higher education setting.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with a diverse student population.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Proficiency in using technology for event planning and promotion.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.
