Create plans for enhancing sales in the specified region for current and new customers in the Pharma Nutra and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the market and prioritize customers and develop unique selling propositions to stand out.
- Manage relationships with customers across different levels of their organization.
- Close sales and negotiate deals.
- Provide timely information about products and services to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct market research and identify new market segments.
- Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Actively pursue new prospects and overcome qualification challenges.
- Identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling.
- Anticipate and overcome initial qualification challenges or roadblocks.
- Proactively develop a market penetration strategy based on competitor analysis.
- Practice valuebased selling.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned as standalone projects or regular work which will be represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed upon by the incumbent reporting manager and HR.
Requirement:
- Experienced in managing B2B sales within the Pharma industry specifically dealing with API/excipients.
- Have established strong relationships across different departments within major Pharma accounts.
- Capable of overseeing channel partners.
- Open to extensive travel.
- Must be located in Ho Chi Minh/South Vietnam.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a changing environment and easily adjust to evolving situations
