Description:
The HR Business Partner Managers responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with senior management to understand the organizations goals and strategy.
- Translating business needs into HR strategies plans and actions.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
- Providing guidance and support to managers on employee performance and conduct issues.
- Conducting investigations and recommending/implementing appropriate resolutions.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Working with managers to identify and develop highpotential employees.
- Driving performance management processes and facilitating career development discussions.
- Assessing organizational needs and driving initiatives such as workforce planning succession planning and organizational design.
- Facilitating change management initiatives and supporting organizational culture development.
- Implementing HR programs to support employee engagement and retention.
- Overseeing HR operational activities ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Managing employee data and HR systems effectively.
- Collaborating with HR Shared Services to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
- Utilizing HR data and analytics to provide insights and support decisionmaking.
- Preparing and presenting HR metrics and reports to senior management.
- Have to overall work on Retention Employee Engagement Grievances performance management Policy Adherence.
Requirements:
Preferred candidate profile and nbsp;
- 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role with demonstrated success in partnering with senior leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in leading and developing a team of HR professionals is desirable.
- More preferred into IT Exposure.
- Candidate should have 6yrs of experience into HRBP role specifically in IT vertical should have strong exposure in handling more than 500 FTEs
