The Role:

We re on the lookout for a Sales Rockstar who can take our product to the next level. If you have a knack for building relationships closing deals and bringing in revenue while having fun you might just be the superstar we need!

Please note: This is a fully commission based job position. Youll earn upto 10% of your total sales volume. Our teammates typically earn between INR15000INR40000 per month. While top performers earns around INR124000.

What You ll Do:

Client Engagement: Connect with potential clients and build lasting relationships.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.

Pitch Perfect: Present our product to clients with flair and confidence.

Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding market trends and customer needs.

CRM Mastery: Use tools like Salesforce to manage leads opportunities and customer information.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and goals.

Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our product.




Requirements

What We re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales preferably in the tech industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand and present complex technical concepts.

Familiarity with CRM tools.

A positive attitude a sense of humour and a passion for sales.
