Job Description

Aarav Infotech is seeking a talented fulltime Corporate Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in the IT industry and software sales. The successful candidate will be part of a growing digital team delivering first class users experiences to a global audience.


Job Type: Fulltime

Job Location: Bhubaneshwar Odisha

Job Role:

Selling Web Solutions such as:

  • Website Maintenance Services

  • Web Design and Development

Job Responsibilities

  • Meeting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Targets

  • Identifying new sales leads

  • Pitching products and/or services

  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

  • Ability to handle Sales Requests from Clients on Phone and Email

  • Should be a motivated selfstarter and like working on fastpaced projects

  • Prepare detailed quotations and commercial proposals for clients. Negotiate with customers.

  • responsible for handling the complete sales cycle from calling customers meeting presentation followup closing deals.

  • Identifies leads by prospecting evaluating researching and analyzing business opportunities.

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and meeting as per schedule

  • Determining a clients business requirements and whether the IT services being considered are suitable.

  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals/targets.

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Promote the companys services addressing or predicting clients objectives

  • Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support

  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • The ability to write reports and proposals.

  • Manage sales pipeline.

  • Follow through with leads and issues provided by Sales Marketing or Customer Service teams.

  • Prepare Weekly Monthly reports.

Report and Feedback

Required to prepare reports with feedback to the upper management.

  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
