Experience: 5 10 years of working experience as a Sales Manager and 3 4 years in the Dealer Market Section.

Job Summary

A leading FMCG Paper Packaging company in Nigeria Is looking for an experienced and dedicated Dealer Market Development Specialist to lead our Dealer Market segment. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic Sales Plans Managing Dealer relationships and driving the revenue growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to access the potential of the market
  • Determine the right dealers to grow the market
  • Set targets and help the dealers achieve them
  • Corporate with dealers to grow the business
  • Monitor market trends and provide information on competitors’ activities and adjust sales strategies
  • Create new dealers for each major city within and outside of Lagos State.
  • Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposal reports.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align strategies and enhance market presence.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on sales performance market trends and forecasts.
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans
  • consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Requirements and Skills

  • 5 10 years of working experience as a Sales Manager and 3 4 years in the Dealer Market Section.
  • BSC/HND in Marketing Business Admin or related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal customer service and communication skills
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Good proficiency in the use of MS packages most especially excel
