Job Description

Job Title: NFR Expert( NonFunctional requirements)

Location Amsterdam NL

Duration: 612 month Contract

Working Mode: Hybrid

NFR Expert( NonFunctional requirements)

Enabling senior management of the BSF departments to ensure they are in control of their 1th line Risk Management.

Collaborate with NFR (o.a. NFR Legal Finance HR etc.) to ensure adequate forwardlooking planning and prioritization for Generic Control design implementation execution and monitoring.

Support the business on the generic control requirements.

Review the generic control policies and control standards to ensure a smooth local implementation and execution.

Provide assistance on finding the CS owners where needed.

This includes driving planning and execution providing training & awareness and methodology creating sr. management reports and running the Risk Culture program.

A handson mindset and independent capability to drive Risk and Control Self Assessments or/and Process Based Risk Assessments in order to be able to identify and manage risks.
