Job Title: EDI Coordinator
Job Location: 100% Remote New Orleans LA
Job Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an EDI Coordinator and play a pivotal role in managing our clients electronic data interchange (EDI) operations. With a minimum of three years of experience in EDI coordination youll be the backbone of our transactional processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI coordination.
  • Strong communication skills a proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IBM EDI tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in electronic document processing and familiarity with XML data formats.
  • Solid understanding of purchase order transactions (etc.).
  • A bubbly personality and a gogetter attitude.


Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently receive and manage EDI data from various departments utilizing IBM templates.
  • Review and verify compliance and accuracy of data within these templates.
  • Process and transmit documents electronically via IBMs Portal.
  • Collaborate with the IBM team to ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues or delays in processing maintaining constant communication with the IBM team.

Experience with Purchase Orders (850, 860, 810, Go-Getter Personality
