ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Technical Writer / Project Coordinator to join our team. In this dual role you will be responsible for creating clear and concise doentation while coordinating project timelines and resources to ensure successful project .

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Writing:

  • Develop write and maintain highquality technical doentation including user manuals process guides and system specifications.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and clarify technical details.
  • Edit and proofread doentation for accuracy consistency and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Create and maintain doentation templates and standards to improve efficiency and quality.

Project Coordination:

  • ist in the planning and of projects ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Coordinate project meetings prepare agendas and doent meeting notes and action items.
  • Monitor project progress identify potential risks and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project doentation including project plans schedules and status reports.
Required/Desired Ss
S Required/Desired Amount of Experience Experience in technical writing and project coordination Required 3 Years Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts practices and products. Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO) is a plus. Highly desired 3 Years Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey complex information clearly. Highly desired 3 Years Excellent verbal and written communication ss; ability to convey complex security concepts in a clear and relatable manner. Required 3 Years Proficient in doentation tools (e.g. Microsoft Word Adobe Acrobat Confluence). Highly desired 3 Years Familiarity with project management software Highly desired 3 Years Excellent organizational ss and attention to detail. Highly desired 3 Years Strong verbal and written communication ss. Highly desired 3 Years Knowledge of agile odologies and project management principles. Highly desired 0 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required 0
