Job Description

Maintenance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a backup for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.
  • Verify the completion of maintenance tasks ensuring compliance with work orders planned vs. actual hours tools materials and safety protocols.
  • Record and track completed work orders identifying areas for improvement and necessary adjustments.
  • Monitor and report on work order status and planned start dates to ensure timely .
  • ist with planning and scheduling maintenance work orders preventive maintenance (PM) and project tasks.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint) to create reports presentations and doentation.

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in a manufacturing plant setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
