Job Description:
Create quality assured calculation models and results
Propose specific simulation and analysis locations
Draw conclusions and make recommendations using control systems and function simulation and analyses
Deliver validated results with respect to design targets
Support continuous improvement of methods and tools
Act as a technical expert for the discipline
Plan lead and perform highcomplexity simulations and analyses
Take responsibility for the fidelity of the simulations and analyses
Support project and design engineers in all project stages for technical solutions at varied complex levels
Initiate and lead a worldwide network
Drive innovation through collaboration with universities external institutes or inhouse developed tools
Engage others in innovation
Drive global method and tool development
Train and mentor less experienced Simulation & Analysis Engineers globally
Provide input to Product and System Roadmaps
Evaluate and estimate project content to meet timelines and delivery
Develop methods and tools
Requirements:
M.Sc in a relevant field
Two years of experience in FEManalysis
Proficiency in Ansa and Metapost
Experience with Nastran and Abaqus
Additional requirements: Python CVM
Selfsufficient able to work independently and take the lead on tasks
Proactive engagement with learning opportunities and ongoing development
Potential for longerterm development
Practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience)
