About Us: Amarican Indus is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged children through education. We aim to provide highquality coaching to help students prepare for the IIT JEE and secure a bright future.

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial individual to help us set up and run an education center in Sohna/Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching students for the IIT JEE particularly in Physics Chemistry or Math. This role involves teaching hiring additional teachers developing educational materials and managing the overall operations of the center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Center Setup and Operations:
  

  • Lead the establishment and operational setup of the education center.
    
  • Manage daytoday operations and ensure the smooth running of the center.
    
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and enroll promising underprivileged students.
    

• Teaching and Curriculum Development:
  

  • Teach IIT JEE subjects (Physics Chemistry or Math) to students.
    
  • Develop comprehensive study materials and curriculum tailored to the needs of underprivileged students.
    
  • Monitor student progress and provide personalized guidance to help them achieve their goals.
    

• Team Building and Management:
  

  • Recruit train and manage a team of teachers for various disciplines.
    
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
    

• Community Engagement:
  

  • Build relationships with local communities schools and other stakeholders to promote the center s mission.
    
  • Organize outreach programs to raise awareness about the center and its offerings.
    

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in coaching students for the IIT JEE with a focus on Physics Chemistry or Math.
  
• Strong entrepreneurial skills and a passion for education and social impact.
  
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  
• Ability to develop effective teaching materials and curriculum.
  
• Willingness to relocate to Sohna/Gurgaon.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in setting up or managing an educational institution or coaching center.
  
• Strong network within the education sector.
  
• Familiarity with the challenges faced by underprivileged students and a commitment to overcoming them.
