Job Description
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Banks NBFCs Real Estate Debt/Equity Funds Investors etc. for successful fundraising.
Take charge of deals postorigination by the buyside team. This includes business selection IM preparation structuring pitches lender lists obtaining term sheets/sanctions and closing deals between borrowers and lenders.
Lead and manage teams maintaining high motivation and performance standards.
Build a strong knowledge base on sector trends opportunities industry views comparative deal analysis
Requirements
We are looking for 13 years of relevant experience with Banks NBFCs RE AIF or Investment Banks of repute.
Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (1st attempt only).
Knowledge of real estate wholesale lending business and the ability to understand risk pitch transactions and close deals.
Demonstrated leadership skills maturity selfstarter attitude ability to create relationships and a strong intent to learn and evolve.
