Role: As a Business Head Investment Advisory you will focus on four key pillars that drive daily activities playing a critical role in the companys success. The ideal candidate will hold a Masters degree in Business Administration (Finance or related fields) with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Certification such as CFP or NISM Investment AdvisoryA & B is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Identify potential clients and market segments.
- Build trust and credibility through effective communication and followup.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings to understand clients financial needs goals and preferences.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Track the performance of invested funds and attend fund manager calls.
- Manage a team of financial professionals providing guidance and support.
- Hold regular team meetings to share updates and address challenges.
