Job Description :
a) Ensure creation implementation and adherence of HR Policies and Processes
b) Employee Life Cycle Management (Employee Documentation from Joining to Exit)
c) Attendance and Leave Management
d) Payroll Processing (Salary Bonus OT Statutory Payments F & F Income Tax)
e) Statutory Compliance Management (Registration Payment Return filing Claims as well as Liaison)(S&E PF ESIC MLWF Bonus PT Maternity Gratuity Factories Act etc.)
f) Medical Insurance (Vendor identification Understanding of Policy and explanation to all Claim processing and liaison)
g) Liaise with HRMS vendor team (Spine)for implementation as well as system improvement and issue resolution
h) Employee Grievances (Ensure employees queries are resolved within the set SLAs)
i) Dashboard / Report : Preparation of data / information /presentation for decision making and stakeholder engagement
j) Audit: Provide requisite data for Audits and ensure Zero Major NC s
k) Recruitment & Selection: Hiring across levels (Worker / Staff / Management)
