Job Description

Job Title: Car Sales Executive Premium Brand

Location: Southampton

Salary: 23000 basic salary commission OTE 5060k

5 day week 45 hours Rotated Weekends Off

Driving Licence Essential

Our client is a dynamic fast paced business who are always one step ahead in the motor retailing industry. Their USP s is technology and their unique guest experience which combined with their values led approach make them a growing force in retail automotive.

Their premium dealership in Southampton is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team on a fulltime permanent basis.

You will be selling a variety of new and used cars from a premium brand.

Our client will consider people without car sales experience as long as they have customer facing sales experience ideally within a retail environment.

What you will do:

Deliver a firstclass customer experience.

Build lasting relationships with your customers through your energetic and outgoing personality. You won t just be doing this in person but also over the phone

Provide a full and thorough service to our clients customers to ensure they are matched with the correct car which meets all of their needs

Strive to meet your sales targets to ensure you have the best opportunity to achieve your optimistic earning potential.

Work well in a team environment we rely on one another to perform to ensure we deliver the best customer experience.

Have excellent attention to detail with good and robust financial services regulations and big transaction balances it s important that an applicant can get the detail right. Again we can support and offer training to help you sharpen up the detail aspect of the role.

Requirements


Essential Skills:

Car sales experience is preferred but our client will consider candidates with sales experience in customer facing roles ideally withing the retail environment

Proven ability to deliver consistent high level of customer service

Fantastic communication skills and natural ability to build conversation

High level of drive and passion to be successful

Willing to learn and challenge yourself

Selfmotivated target driven and hungry to earn.

Organised and a high level of resilience

Full and valid UK driving licence

Requirements: Proof of Right to Work in the UK. Relevant manufacturer experience. Smart appearance. Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT. Understanding of basic vehicle design, function and location of parts. Relevant product knowledge. Supports others to continuously improve performance. Seeks feedback on own performance, takes responsibility for own development. Understands the drivers of business performance and uses them to optimise commercial opportunities. Plans and manages processes, resources workflows efficiently. Demonstrates openness to change and improvement. Proactively looks for more effective ways of doing things. Knowledgeable of, aligned to and ambassador for the brand and adheres to brand standards.
