Job Description

Our client is seeking dedicated and detailoriented Operations Supervisor to manage daytoday activities in their cleaning and hygiene chemicals manufacturing facility serving a wide range of equipment for commercial laundrybuilding carehand carefloor careconveyor systems and kitchen. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and lead a team of production workers effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the cleaning and hygiene chemicals production facility.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet production goals efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and adherence to cleanliness standards.
  • Train new employees on operating procedures and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as quality control logistic services and maintenance to optimize production processes.
  • Address production issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
  • Prepare production reports and performance metrics as required.




Requirements

  • Proven experience (5 years) in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise effectively and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment in the chemical industry.
  • Understanding of safety health and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
