Job Overview: As a Data Strategy Consultant you will play a critical role in helping our clients unlock the value of their data. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives assess their current data capabilities and design comprehensive data strategies. Your insights will drive the transformation of data into a strategic asset enhancing decisionmaking processes and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:
  

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals challenges and datarelated needs.
    
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.
    

• Data Assessment:
  

  • Evaluate clients existing data infrastructure processes and capabilities.
    
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in data management governance and analytics.
    

• Strategy Development:
  

  • Design and develop tailored data strategies that align with clients business objectives.
    
  • Recommend best practices for data governance data quality and data architecture.
    
  • Develop roadmaps for datadriven initiatives including timelines milestones and resource requirements.
    

• Implementation Support:
  

  • Work with crossfunctional teams to implement data strategies and solutions.
    
  • Provide guidance on the selection and implementation of data tools and technologies.
    
  • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    

• Thought Leadership:
  

  • Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in data strategy and analytics.
    
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials including whitepapers articles and presentations.
    
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and events.
    

Qualifications:

• Education:
  

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science Business Analytics Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
    

• Experience:
  

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data strategy data management or business analytics.
    
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering data strategy projects.
    
  • Experience working in a consulting environment is preferred.
    

• Technical Skills:
  

  • Strong understanding of data management principles including data governance data quality and data architecture.
    
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g. SQL Python R Tableau Power BI).
    
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI machine learning and big data platforms.
    

• Soft Skills:
  

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
    
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
