Position Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Analyst to join their team in Brussels. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a strategic mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. As a Strategy Analyst you will play a crucial role in shaping our company s strategic direction by providing insightful analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends competitive landscape and potential growth opportunities.
  
• Develop and maintain strategic models and frameworks to support business planning and decisionmaking processes.
  
• Analyze internal and external data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives business plans and performance improvement projects.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information validate hypotheses and drive strategic projects.
  
• Prepare and present detailed reports presentations and dashboards for stakeholders and senior leadership.
  
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest adjustments as needed.
  
• Stay informed about industry developments regulatory changes and emerging market opportunities.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
  
• Minimum of 24 years of experience in strategy consulting business analysis or a related role.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make datadriven recommendations.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel SQL and business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable.
