Who were looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Sales Executive to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales excellent communication skills and a passion for generating and converting leads. As a Freelance Sales Executive you will be responsible for identifying potential clients building relationships and achieving sales targets.
What youll do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Present and promote Talenture Groups staffing solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry is a plus.
