Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks including accounts receivable/payable invoicing and financial record keeping.
- Coordinate logistics including inventory management order processing and shipping.
- Assist with internal sales confidently and patiently supporting customers at the counter over the phone and via email.
- Maintain and organize office and store facilities ensuring a professional and orderly environment.
- Stay updated on technical product specifications and industry trends.
- Participate in industry training and events to enhance skills and collaborate with stakeholders to provide effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients to support sales efforts.
- Promote and advocate for highquality sustainably made products that offer longterm value encouraging customers to invest in more durable and environmentally responsible solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree and/or relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical sales related to electropneumatic automation.
- Experience in internal sales and customer service related to electropneumatic automation is a plus.
- Proficiency in office management software; Zoho suite and marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance.
- Valid driver s license.
