Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Sales Support Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring smooth operations throughout the client journey. The Sales Support Assistant will primarily be responsible for handling client communications managing travel documentation and supporting internal invoicing processes.
Job Description:
Use reports from Invoicing software to send Bon Voyage and Welcome Home emails to clients including requests for feedback and Google reviews posttravel.
Handle small requests from suppliers through phone calls or emails as needed.
Prepare and send personalized document emails to clients with all necessary travel documentation prior to their trip including reminders about travel insurance and adding travel guides.
Upload supplier invoices into Invoicing software for agents to access.
Generate and send monthly emails to clients reminding them of upcoming travel deadlines.
Follow up on client inquiries with simple emails if there has been no response.
Assist in assembling travel quotes for agents as needed
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills for crafting personalized emails and followups.
Strong organizational skills to manage and track various tasks and reports.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and client communications.
Basic customer service skills to handle supplier requests and client followups.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with travel documentation and processes is preferred.
