Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Support brokers with loan processing
- Enter client data as opportunity into Flex
- Calculate servicing with different lenders
- Request valuations
- Complete and send off credit proposals
- Complete loan application
- Liaise with assessors to get loan approved
- Follow up prior to loan settlement to ensure loan will settle
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient with Excel Docusign Word Flex Apply online
- Understands how to read business financials (Tax returns Notice of Assessments BAS statements)
