Job Description
- Day to day process Loan Origination capturing Loan Terms and Agreements and Creating Borrower Profiles in FIS Adaptive (System)
- Create a loan payment schedule via excel 3
- Manage rollovers paydowns and performing daily position and cash reconciliations
- Monitor Payments against receivables and follow up overdue payments
Requirements
- Graduate of Accounting Financial Management or have a business degree with 12 units of accounting
- 23 years experience handling private loans or commercial loans.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills. (Can use the functions vlookup if and or sumif and pivot tables)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven capability to meet tight deadlines
1 to 3 years of experience You have an operational mindset and are constantly looking for ways to streamline processes You have strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills You re interested in providing best-in-class-service You take pride in your ability to communicate effectively and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines You have a basic understanding of Venture Capital, Banking, and Fund Administration You have experience working with accounting and financial data You re interested in working on projects in a fast paced environment
