Job Description
We re seeking a detailoriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to play a crucial role in our financial management and operational support. You ll be at the heart of our financial operations handling everything from commission reports to ROI calculations. Responsibilities
- Generate weekly commission reports for technicians ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Verify and reconcile credit card payments within our custom CRM system
- Manage and categorize expenses using QuickBooks maintaining pristine financial records
- Assist in calculating ROI for different branches contributing to strategic decisionmaking
- Perform expense allocation across multiple business units optimizing financial tracking
- Produce comprehensive financial reports to aid in business performance analysis
- Genereal admin work and document organization as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience with QuickBooks and strong bookkeeping skills
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent arithmetic abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and aptitude for learning new software quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and willingness to take on new challenges
