Job Description

Service Delivery Site Lead

Our client in the printing industry is looking for a highly organized and customeroriented professional to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction levels at the client location. What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $27.70.
12month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
Coordinate and complete tasks/functions of the contracted services at the client location including billing processes reporting cost management and supplies management.
Coordinate employee training.
Receive and submit 3rd party orders to vendors.
Implement and support critical processes such as the Client Accounts Procedures Manual (CAPM) and the Onsite Security Assessment Program (OSA).
Communicate with daytoday account key contacts and 3rd party providers (service 3rd party vendors etc.).
Lead internal team meetings and attend operations staff and/or client meetings such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews.
Measure customer satisfaction through surveys or tools.

What you will need to succeed:

Post high school technology training or equivalent experience.
Specialized training/education in graphic arts imaging science print technology network or multiple operating systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook MS Word Excel PowerPoint).
Experience in coordinating workflows within high volume print production and mailroom operations including complex environments.
Experience in a customer service environment is an asset.
Ability to lead and guide peers and team members effectively.
Display a positive attitude while providing leadership and support for assigned accounts.
Capable of working with crossfunctional teams and with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written business communications.
Strong problem resolution and escalation management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks organize and meet scheduled delivery of output.
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
