Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Practice Lead to elish and lead our data strategy and operations from the ground up. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of modern data platforms particularly Databricks and Snowflake and the ability to design and implement scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a highperformance data practice overseeing data architecture data engineering and ytics while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure datadriven decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the data practice
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines and platforms using Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Develop strategies for data management and performance optimization while working closely with known data partners
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive datadriven solutions and insights.
  • Mentor and lead a growing team of data professionals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in setting up and scaling a data practice.
  • Expertise with Databricks Snowflake and modern data architectures.
  • Strong leadership strategic thinking and communication ss.
