Bilingual Service Desk Specialist
We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our clients Advisor Technology Support (ATS) Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those pionate about customer service and IT support with the flexibility to work either remotely or in the office depending on your location. The ATS team supports advisors istants and multiadvisor corporations throughout Canada ensuring they can navigate their workday smoothly by resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday on a rotating basis (8 am to 8 pm).

Responsibilities:
Act as the first line of support for the advisor communitys technical issues.
Manage technical troubleing including pword resets software setups on laptops and mobile devices and resolving more complex IT issues.
Collaborate within the IT support team to develop proactive solutions ensuring clients return to their tasks as quickly as possible.
Liaise between advisors and ATS specialists scheduling technical support and managing calendars for efficient task allocation.
Utilize the knowledge base and seek guidance from more experienced colleagues or specialized teams when necessary.
Log details of each client interaction to help improve service and build an accurate knowledge base.
Identify opportunities to streamline daily tasks adding value for both the team and clients.
Provide email support and effectively triage issues.
Ensure that clients are informed of the next steps when an issue requires escalation to a specialized team.
What you will need to succeed:
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
Technical experience especially in troubleing complex IT environments.
Familiarity with Active Directory ServiceNow and Windows.
Strong customer service ss with a client relationship focus.
Experience in call centers or IT support desirable.
Ability to solve technical puzzles with a resourceful and creative approach.
Confidence speaking on the phone and working in a team setting.
