Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative you will contact potential and existing fuel card customers to inform them about our Registration Management Plan using existing telephone scripts. You will answer questions about products or the company handle objections and resolve any issues to customer satisfaction. Additionally you will gather customer information and input data into company CRM databases.

Sales Gusher: Key Duties for Success
  • Contact potential and/or existing fuel card customers to inform them about our Registration Management Plan using existing telephone scripts.
  • Answer questions about products or the company handle objections and resolve any issues to customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer information and input data into company CRM databases.
  • Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers over the phone.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Assist with the development of sales strategies and products.
  • Provide feedback to the team on the sales process and product improvements.
  • Submit regular and specific data reports.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (35 years) with a track record of overachieving quotas.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
