Job Description: The Digital Creative Specialist will be responsible for creating

managing and optimizing all internal visual content. This role requires a creative thinker

with a passion for design an eye for detail and a knack for storytelling through digital

media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create

compelling visuals across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create highquality graphics for various digital platforms

including websites social media email campaigns and digital advertising.

Brand Development: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all

visual content adhering to brand guidelines.

Content Creation: Develop and produce multimedia content including videos

animations and interactive graphics.

Website Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating website visuals to

ensure a fresh and engaging user experience.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely

delivery and highquality results.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Digital Operations Manager and

other internal departments to ensure cohesive and integrated visual

communications.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3 years of experience in digital design graphic design or a similar

role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator

InDesign After Effects) and other design software. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is

a plus.

Creative Skills: Strong creative thinking visual storytelling and problemsolving

skills.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

DetailOriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high

quality work.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a

fastpaced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion graphics and video editing.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
