Your Mortgage Career Snapshot
Shift: Day shift
Work setup: Hybrid Ortigas (2x days in the Ortigas Office and 3x days work from home)
Mortgage Mastery: Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and Broker network
- Facilitate sales operations strategy development and execution via Broker Growth team
- Support sales teams with custom opportunities and operational tasks
- Manage projects to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Engage with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis
- Assist in sales compensation KPI tracking reports
- Maintain Distribution CRM tool ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows
- Perform any other tasks as directed by management
- Accurately escalate when appropriate to ensure problems or requests are communicated effectively and receive proper attention
- Maintain accuracy when completing data collection lead allocation and system updates
- Identify training opportunities for internal stakeholders
- Attend regular departmental team and project meetings
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the Australian Mortgage Industry
- Strong experience in data analytics and problem solving in sales and operations environments
- 35 years of experience in Sales Marketing or Sales support in a similar company
- Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools
- Strong project management and followup skills
- Competency with relational databases and SQL queries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and strategic problemsolving ability
- Ability to work crossfunctionally and internationally
- CRM experience HubSpot Admin or Developer certification
- Ability to prioritize and escalate to relevant teams as required
- Technical and logical thought process
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
