Fennec Services Pty Ltd is expanding and currently looking for a dedicated and hardworking Trades Assistant to join our team on a casual basis on the Sunshine Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain handson experience in a diverse and dynamic work environment.

Role Overview

As a Trades Assistant you will support our skilled tradespeople in various tasks and projects. This role offers a unique chance to learn from industry professionals and develop your skills across different areas of construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople in tasks such as carpentry plastering painting and landscaping.
• Prepare and maintain work sites by cleaning up debris and ensuring a safe environment.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Transport materials and equipment to different sites.
• Adhere to health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform general labouring duties as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel to various sites.
