THE OPPORTUNITY

This presents an exciting opportunity for a proactive accounting professional poised to advance their career to new heights by assuming a leadership role and guiding Junior and Intermediate Accountants within the team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a team of Junior and Intermediate accountants
• Oversee client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Work closely with partners from the headquarter office to develop strategic plans and initiatives
• Conduct complex financial analysis and prepare insightful reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Uphold quality assurance processes and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Actively participate in business development activities
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in client engagements

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• At least 5 years accounting experience with demonstrated leadership in a supervisory capacity
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Strong understanding of accounting standards taxation laws and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero QuickBooks and MYOB
• Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
