Drive Excellence: Key Duties

Customer Onboarding:

  • Initiate kickoff calls with our customers and manage the action items necessary for the Eftsure setup.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather requirements to tailor the onboarding approach to meet each clients unique needs.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding plans outlining timelines milestones and deliverables.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams including internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely execution of onboarding tasks.
  • Monitor project progress identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep onboarding on track.
  • Track and resolve customer issues assisting the support team where necessary to provide the best customer support possible.
  • Communicate project status updates and escalate issues as necessary to senior management.

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide guidance and support to clients on system configuration data migration and email distribution lists.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding and work with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Raise development tasks/bugs in Jira and assist with testing.

Training and Adoption:

  • Organize and deliver training sessions for clients to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our solutions and how to effectively use them.
  • Solicit feedback from clients to identify opportunities for product enhancements or additional training needs.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of onboarding processes configurations and client interactions.
  • Generate regular reports on onboarding progress key metrics and client satisfaction levels.
  • Assist with sales demos at times that may require interstate travel.

Requirements

Required Skills for Success:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customerfacing SaaS role.
  • Strong technical focus and knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Experience with CRM/CSM systems project management tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Confident and engaging training and presentation skills.
  • Ability to outline business requirements for development requests and liaise with developers.
  • Wellorganized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to handle conflict and devise potential solutions for customers.
  • Strong work ethic and focus on delivery.
  • Demonstrate Eftsure values in your daytoday work with team members and customers.
