Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking quality specialists (BPO) for a call center tech account in Alabang. Here are the qualifications for the position:

Must possess a college degree.
Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in the BPO industry specifically in QA or quality roles.
Prior experience in QA is mandatory.
Previous experience with tech accounts or campaigns is preferred.
