Summary
This internship provides an opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to gain valuable experience in office administration functions. You will work closely with the HR department supporting daily operations and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Intern:
- Create content for marketing materials (e.g. brochures website copy social media posts).
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitor trends.
- Analyze marketing campaign data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with creating presentations to communicate marketing findings.
- Schedule and publish engaging content on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.
- Assist with social media analytics and reporting.
HR Intern:
- Assist with employee relations tasks (as assigned).
- Assist with sourcing and screening resumes and applications (depending on company needs).
- Schedule interviews and confirm applicant availability.
- Assist with onboarding new hires (e.g. preparing paperwork scheduling meetings).Maintain and update employee files and databases
- Assist with employee relations tasks (as assigned).
- Assist HR staff with research and data analysis for HR projects
- Assist with planning and coordinating HR events (e.g. training sessions).
- Process basic HR documents (e.g. filing leave requests).

Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in any of the following courses: Business Admin HR or Marketing
- A serving corper posted to Lagos state
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms and tools (a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
