3. Summary of the opportunity
Client Overview: We are hiring for a business operations specialist to support the Chief of Staff office within the Customer Experience team of a leading technology company. The team operates internationally and spans across the US India and Ireland.
Role Summary: As the business operations specialist you will contribute to budget tracking expense report efforts and financial management. You will be responsible for coordinating crossteam budget management maintaining communication services and supporting financial processes and reporting. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Chief of Staff office.
4. What are the key responsibilities
Tactical level coordination of crossteam Budget Management including Purchase Orders Actuals and Forecasting
Establishing and maintaining communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization
Providing support and communications during Fiscal Month/Quarter/Year Close
Assisting with financial reports processes and process improvement
Managing and supporting the teams SharePoint and PowerBI Dashboard and Reports
Taking on ad hoc business management responsibilities to support the Chief of Staff office
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success
MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business management economics finance accounting or relevant field
35 years of overall experience in a business management role
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in Microsofts Financial tools and resources (MSRA MS Invoice MyOrder etc)
Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word Excel and PowerBI
Strong analytical and financial report analysis skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience with enterprise applications
Familiarity with Microsofts financial tools (MSRA MS Invoice MyOrder etc)
