We are also expanding into commercial consumer and government sectors offering you a variety of opportunities to showcase your skills.

Preferred Skills:

Highly organized and selfmotivated

Excellent phone and people skills

Intermediate PC proficiency

Flexible and a team player

Ability to provide excellent customer service

Contact center experience is a plus

Benefits

Earnings:

For inbound phone work call agents may earn between $0.20 $0.32 per talk minute depending on the project. Experienced call agents can earn up to $0.35 per talk minute. Occasionally we may offer other opportunities such as answering emails working tickets and providing chat support all of which pay at different rates.
