Assistant Manager - PR Marketing Beauty

• Improve the companys public image through the creation and dissemination of press releases speeches and other PR content.
• Plan and manage press conferences and media events coordinating with other departments to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor media coverage assess public opinion and adapt PR strategies as needed.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans and serve as the company spokesperson during crises.
• Align PR efforts with marketing campaigns and assist in the creation of marketing materials.
• Oversee PR budgets monitor expenses and provide performance reports.
• Strengthen PR initiatives through social media and influencer marketing.
• Create internal communication strategies and help organize company events.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations Marketing Communications or a related field.
• About 24 years of experience in public relations or a similar role particularly within the Health and Beauty industries.
• Extensive network of media contacts strong teamwork and organizational skills proficiency in PR tools and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in digital PR is advantageous.
