Job Description

Our client is one of the leading food processing company employing more than 1700 people and exporting 40% of its production in more of 100 Countries; it has five plants (three in Italy 1 in Brazil and 1 in Malaysia) 25 foreign subsidiaries 2 branches and a large network of distributors and importers. Through its various brands the company offers highend raw materials semiprocessed and finished products across all channels: industrial artisan Ho.Re.Ca. and retail. Responsible for the South Thailand region predominantly in the Phuket and Krabi area starting implementing and driving its growth and development. Developing and implementing strategies for industrial distributor and direct sales channels.
Collaborating with the service and sales organization to expand customer base ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
Building from scratch portfolio of Food & Beverage (F&B) accounts and distributors within the territory. This role involves direct customer interaction and selling the company products.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into longlasting relationships.
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that
meet their objectives.
Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints in
maintaining trust.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
using key account metrics.
Closely working with QA R&D and other relevant departments dedicated to the same client
account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs
met.
Planning and presenting reports on account progress goals and quarterly initiatives to
share with team members stakeholders and possible use in future case studies or company training.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
Possesses 810 years of working experience in roles related to Sales/Key Account Manager experience in bakery business promoting and developing products such as Chocolate
Margarine or UHT nondairy Cream is a must.
Possesses 710 years of working experience and proven record of accomplishment within
sales team in the Food Industry preferably in Bakery Business.
Capacity to develop the business channels independently with dynamicity problem solving
and passion.
Tenacity and strategic mindset to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fastpaced
environment.
Able to communicate and present effectively with good commands in English.
Experienced in driving crossfunctional team in strategic and high value new business
pursuits.
Willing to travel within assigned territory.
