Education/Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, preferably in large financial institutions. • Demonstrated experience in leading Agile transformations at the team and organizational level. • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP) and scaling methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) • Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional • (CSP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Project management professional certification (PMP) are highly desirable • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to influence and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization Responsibilities A. Agile coaching and training: • Train and mentor team members, leaders, and stakeholders in Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP) • Collaborate with teams to create and refine Agile artifacts such as user stories, backlogs, and burndown charts • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to improve Agile knowledge, skills, and mindset across the organization. • Mentor/ coach team members to adopt a truly agile mindset companywide B. Agile Transformation Support • Support the establishment of a Project Obeya Room (Agile Center of Excellence), fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing between teams and departments across the bank. • Collaborate with the transformation team to design and implement a roadmap for Agile adoption and scaling across the organization • Partner with leadership to align Agile practices with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation • Facilitate retrospectives and other continuous improvement activities, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains
